Emberlë

Seasonal release.  Fermented 8 months for a deep, rich, spicy jalapeno based hot sauce.  Medium/high building heat, with dark maillard allum flavors balanced with "sweet" fruit acid.  Inspiration comes from some favorite Mexican mole sauces.  You haven't tasted a hot sauce as complex as this.  250ml (8.45oz) bottle
